She is from tha dark planet(mutants). Squad "ST" is formed from suiciders... whose blood is spoiled during the battle by concentrated darkness coming from a grimheart. Although, they are dead from the first drop of that liquid flowing throu their veins.. that's just a matter of time) and quantity of tranquillizer left. Having too much blood used makes her absolutely uncontrolled over the mix of pleasure and pain, that gives her some extra abilities.
